Our Rates & Services

You can include as much text information as you like, and 15 pictures. Your listing is good for up to 6 months (some restrictions apply). Manage your own account through Manage Your Listing, or call us to update your page at any time (no extra cost).

Included with your listing for the first two months - we deliver & pick up (or pay for the cost of shipping for out of Saskatoon-area listings). Open House signs can be booked for your next open house @ no charge, but signs must be picked up and returned after your open house.

Great pictures make a difference!  Book our experienced digital photographer to do your pictures (currently available in the Saskatoon area only).

This feature is set up to help emphasize your listing and set it apart on the View All Listings page.  Your listing is highlighted in yellow with a drop shadow accent. Choose this feature when you first submit your listing, or choose it later through your Property Manager.

Help buyers remember the special features of your home with quality highlight sheets. We print. We deliver with your sign if you order when submitting your listing, or mail them out. Forgot to order and in a hurry? We can have them ready for pick up within hours. 10 two page color copies on 28lb bond, bright white paper.

Manage Your Listing allows you to automatically create a professional looking PDF highlight sheet from your account so you can print unlimited copies.

Best deal on the web-site!  Our Feature Homes are not overlooked. Increase your home's exposure by posting it on one of 2 revolving spots at the top of each page (max. 8 per day). Great for highlighting open houses (ie: open house today! 2-4 PM), heated garages, central air etc. Your asking price is displayed automatically, you choose the photo's & text. You can pre-book in through your Property Manager - just choose the date.

15 pictures just won't tell your home's whole story? Purchase space for an additional 15 pictures on your webpage (total of 30 pictures) through Manage Your Listing under the SELLERS heading.
