The upper level consists of a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room and dining room. There are also 3 storage areas for an abundance of storage.

The cabin comes with a high speed internet tower on the roof (owned), satellite dish and Vivint alarm equipment (owned).  The exterior of the cabin is Hardie Board and Cedar.  There is an 8×16 bunkhouse with a queen sized bed and room for bunkbeds.

The interior is all knotty pine and it is winterized with baseboard heat and an air conditioner – perfect place for a family to stay and have privacy during their visit! The cistern is 1600 gallons and can be filled by yourself hauling water from the town or you could have someone haul it for you and a 2000 gallon septic tank.

There is a covered deck on 2 sides of the main level of the cabin to get out of the rain or sun!  You’d have the largest lot in the sub division which the lot is .67 of an acre with mature trees, shrubs, apple trees and a rock wildflower garden.  There is a grassed area and a large parking area for when all the family and friends come out to stay for a visit any time of the year!

There’s a 10×12 steel shed and a 12×20 coverall to house all those lake toys!  Relax by the fire pit that was left rugged for that woodsy feeling of camping and a few feet from the fire pit is a large deck overhanging the lake for fantastic views and has been enjoyed with a cold drink and book!

The walk down the path to the lake is gravel/sand surrounded by trees, there is a water shed close to the lake which houses fishing equipment, pump and pressure tank so you can water the grass, trees and flowers from the cabin.  There’s also an outdoor shower attached to the deck so you can shower the kids or dogs off and not track sand all over the cabin!!

Power has been brought down to the water shed so you can plug in an air compressor and blow up all those water toys down by the lakes edge and there is an outside light to guide in those people fishing late to the dock.

The docks would all stay as well as the boat lift. The area across the lake is a campground, park, concession food stand, mini golf, ball diamonds and a public beach.

The town of Middle Lake has a bar, restaurant, bank, liquor store, grocery store, community hall, bowling alley and nursing home for any amenities you may need!  Give us a call to view this fantastic lake property!
