Moving is time consuming and stressful: one must plan each step, arrange for a new place to live, clean, pack, fix up, sell stuff and move! but turns out, a realtor doesn’t help you with any of that stuff. Pricing can be tricky: look around your neighborhood for comparable houses, get a free appraisal from a realtor or hire a home appraiser. Negotiating a final sale price can be intimidating, but you do get to meet the buyers and learn about what they are looking for. The paperwork provided by Saskhouses.com made the transaction easy and simple to follow. Hire a good real estate lawyer and you’ll save a lot of money and feel a sense of accomplishment at selling your home privately. I don’t see a lot of For Sale By Owner signs in Regina, but I think the time is right for more people to sell privately here.
