Monthly operation costs including taxes, insurance, gas, power, internet, sewer/water usually about $600.

Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a Murphy bed.  Large kitchen with counter for eating and ample cupboard room.  Living room is spacious with fireplace.  It has a hide-a-bed couch which provides sleeping for two.  Bathroom includes tub/shower and area wall heater.  Also in back is the 10 x 14 cottage which has a standard bed and couch but no bathroom.

Starting July 1 last year the cabin was very popular through Airbnb and generated enough revenue to cover operating costs for the year.  There are currently some commitments during parts of July/August 2023 which the owner could take over.

The cabin is located in a very friendly community about an hour from Saskatoon and two from Regina.  The area is well treed and located across the road from the beach, tennis courts, a regional day park and a sandy area with children’s playground equipment.  The main beach also is about a 5 minute walk,  if desired.  Community is also served by Danceland, the Manitou Springs Spa, golf course, mini golf, drive-in theatre, large regional campground with over 200 sites, extensive walking trails, dog park and numerous other service amenities.
