There is also a rear deck and a rear attached storage area. The complete yard, front, back and sides is covered in crush rock for easy maintenance and there is a covered gazebo attached to the rear of the cabin.

The backyard is cozy and comfortable with a great fire pit area, and includes a small shed that houses a 650 gallon water tank and pump, an 8 x 10 storage/work shed and a bonus 12 x 14 guest bunk house. The guest Bunkie was built around 2000 and has also been completely redone, electrical, insulation, flooring and wall coverings. The Bunkie has 2 sets of bunk beds w one with 2 twin beds and one having a double bed on the bottom. The bunk house also has a large attached deck; great additional space for your guests in those busy summer visits.

The cabin is currently used for 3 seasons, but water and sewer lines could be winterized to take in the winter season with skidoo trails and plenty of outdoor winter activities. The property has plenty of parking in the front and is move in ready; you just need to add your personal items and touches to enjoy the 2025 lake season.
