We are saskhouses.com Online Marketing Inc. We help private sellers in Saskatchewan market their properties commission-free.
What personal data we collect
We collect a User’s name, phone number & email address when they register to the website to build their listing. Their name and phone number is displayed on their listing so that buyers are able to contact them, but other than that, their information is not shared with anyone else, and their email addresses are not displayed.
Media
Images loaded to the website may include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms are used to allow buyers to send emails to sellers without disclosing their email addresses.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. Login cookies last for two days. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor messages may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
Your contact information is saved on our system, and can be deleted at your request. It is not shared in any way.
